1. User-Initiated SMS Liability and Consent

Mended acts solely as a delivery platform for user-generated content. By inputting a recipient's phone number and triggering a card delivery, you explicitly guarantee that you have the recipient's prior consent to send them a text message. You assume full legal responsibility for the transmission of the message under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and indemnify Mended against any claims arising from unsolicited messaging.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

The "Family Rolodex" operates on an automatically renewing monthly subscription ($9.00/month). You may cancel at any time through your dashboard, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of the individual cards and add-ons, all one-time purchases ($2.99 base cards, $1.00 media add-ons) are final and non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mended to transmit abusive, harassing, threatening, explicit, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, block phone numbers, and remove content that violates this standard without notice or refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mended is provided "as is." We are not liable for undelivered messages due to carrier filtering, invalid phone numbers, or server downtime. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
