We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, payment information, and any digital media (photos, audio) uploaded to create a card. We also collect the names and phone numbers of the recipients you provide strictly for the purpose of delivering your purchased digital cards.

2. SMS and Third-Party Data Handling

Recipient phone numbers provided for card delivery are used exclusively for transmitting the single, user-initiated text message containing the card link, or for scheduled deliveries via the Family Rolodex feature. We do not sell, rent, or share recipient phone numbers or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and digital card content to allow you and your recipients continued access to the memories. You may request the deletion of your account and associated media at any time by contacting our support team.
